• 3 lounges – 3 fireplaces, dining room, large kitchen very well equipped opened on the garden with mountain view.
• 4 double rooms with
  3 king size beds( each bed can be separated into 2 single beds of 90cm each) et 1 queen size bed(160cm)
• 2 other bedrooms equipped with single beds (2 beds in the first room and 3 beds in the second one).
  Baby cots possible.
• One of the lounges, completely independant has a double sofa bed and can be used as a 7th bedroom.
• An other lounge on the ground floor has a sofa bed that can be used for 1 person.
• 3 bathrooms, 4 independant toilets.

Annexe (6 sleeps)

• Living room, Kitchenette, 1 double room (king size bed that can be separated) et 1 bedroom with 2 bunk beds (4 sleeps), 1 bathroom with shower, toilets
• Game room of 70 m² with: french and american billiard, baby foot, tennis table.

CARRE BLEU DU PAYS DE SEIGNANX is a comfortable and ideal base from which to make daily trips to explore Biarritz area and the Pays Basque returning each evening to enjoy a relaxing meal here or at one of the many restaurants in Biarritz or Bayonne only a few minutes away. From the Landes region south of Bordeaux come foie gras, ducks and farmhouse chickens. Meals might end with canele, a rum-soaked cake named after the fluted mold to which it owes its form, accompanied by a snifter of vintage Armagnac.
